Product Returns


Returns for defective products should be communicated to the Solaxx Technical Support Team, either by calling 561-455-0252, extension 2 for homeowners and extension 3 for dealers, or by emailing [email protected].

Our support hours are M-F, 9a-5p, Eastern Time. When calling or emailing, please have the following information available:

  • - Part number from the Power Supply Unit (located at left hand side on PSU box, barcode sticker at top)
  • - Serial number from the PSU (located at left hand side on PSU box, barcode sticker at top)
  • - Serial number from the salt cell, if applicable (barcode sticker on neck)
  • - Installation invoice or proof of purchase for the system.
  • - Shipping address, if not already indicated on invoice.
  • - Brief description of the problem including any diagnostics or other troubleshooting and results.
