- Part number from the Power Supply Unit (located at left hand side on PSU box,
barcode sticker at top)
- Serial number from the PSU (located at left hand side on PSU box, barcode sticker at
top)
- Serial number from the salt cell, if applicable (barcode sticker on neck)
- Installation invoice or proof of purchase for the system.
- Shipping address, if not already indicated on invoice.
- Brief description of the problem including any diagnostics or other troubleshooting
and results.
